The Chase Home Improvement Rewards(SM) Card, issued by Chase, is designed for home improvement enthusiasts with average credit who plan to take advantage of the rewards program.
Through the rewards program, cardholders earn up to three points per dollar spent at the following stores: lumber or building supply stores; glass, paint, or wallpaper stores; and hardware stores. Cardholders also earn one point per dollar spent on all other eligible purchases. For every 2,500 points earned, cardholders will receive either a $25 gift certificate or a $25 check. Point redemption is limited to 60,000 points per year for general purchases and 30,000 points per year for home improvement purchases.
The credit card has no annual fee and a reasonable APR for purchases (for those who qualify). There is also an attractive 0% introductory rate that can be applied towards purchases and balance transfers for the first six billing cycles.
Cardholders can expect common benefits provided by Chase, such as travel accident insurance, auto rental insurance, and various travel and emergency assistance services. This card also offers a sweepstakes opportunity, and cardholders receive exclusive tips from the experts.
Therefore, those who qualify for the lowest rate offered, will take advantage of the rewards program, and plan to make improvements to their home will benefit most from what the Chase Home Improvement Rewards(SM) Card has to offer.
